Hi Amit, Thank you for posting the query on Microsoft Community. I am glad to assist you on this.
I would suggest you to try the below methods and check if it helps. Method 1: I suggest you to run the Hardware and Devices troubleshooter and check if it helps. Click on search bar next to Start Menu.
Type “ Troubleshooting” without the quotes and click on Troubleshooting. Click on View All on the left panel of the screen. Click on Hardware and Devices.
Click on Next and follow the prompts to run the troubleshooter. Method 2: Perform Clean Boot. Placing your system in Clean Boot state helps in identifying if any third party applications or startup items are causing the issue. Check this issue in clean boot state.
• Press Windows key + X key. And select Run.
How does this compare to Trey's previous work? Visit his profile page for the most recent info, news, songs, and mixtapes.
• Type msconfig in the Run box and hit Enter. • On the Services tab of the System Configuration dialog box, tap or click to select the Hide all Microsoft services check box, and then tap or click Disable all.
• On the Startup tab of the System Configuration dialog box, tap or click Open Task Manager. • On the Startup tab in Task Manager, for each startup item, select the item and then click Disable. • Close Task Manager. • On the Startup tab of the System Configuration dialog box, tap or click OK, and then restart the computer.
For more information refer the below link. How to perform a clean boot in Windows Note: After troubleshooting, refer to this section ' How to reset the computer to start normally after clean boot troubleshooting'. Kindly let us know if you need any further assistance with Windows. We are glad to assist you. Hi Amit, Thank you for updating us. It must be unfortunate that you are still facing the issue.
Let me help you. I suggest you to download and install the latest driver from the manufacturer website and check if it helps. If the issue persists, install the drivers in Windows 8.1 compatibility mode and check if it helps. Run the program in the compatibility mode. If a program or driver written for an earlier version of Windows doesn't run properly in current Windows, then you could try using compatibility mode on the program to hopefully allow it to run properly.
I suggest you to run the program/game in the compatibility mode and check if it helps. Follow the below steps: • Right click on the program icon, click on Properties. • Click the Compatibility tab. • Check the Run this program in compatibility mode for box and select the Preferred Windows.
• Click on Apply and click OK button. Check if it helps. Please keep us posted on the issue.
We will be happy to assist you further. Thank you for the reply but I am already using the latest updated software for the webcam but least I can do is install it in compatibility mode in windows 8.1 version and it was working fine with windows 8.1 but since I updated it to windows 10 these problem started to surface, the main issue is regarding the keyboard for every two shutdown it will work fine and then again the problem will come back, I have to unplug it from CPU and then again plug it in to get it detected, there is no stable solution to this problem as I am not able to find any keyboard driver also, I never required it. Lately my PC is not able to get shut down it take's 10 min to get it shutdown this is the recent issue I am facing, some time it get shut down showing some error that windows will restart and it's facing some problem.
